“Bookmarks”

The progression of a wave
Is goodness to be & hold.
Just like change,
you can feel it
before its catalyst.
Theses undulations of half circles,
wanting to become whole
with land
Started hand & hem with time.
The same air that brushed harvest wheat
two and one half years later
can create this nest of spectrum blue.
….Navy…..Sea foam green through light…
then white.

Once this change has evinced
you will see it cap in the distance.
A meeting with its gracious shore.
The courage to at least say a phrase
or two
with a final statement ahead.
The creation comes quickly
from breeze
to its final break.
The land always destine for this salty sweet.
If you notice though
after the sea foam brooms in,
Small familiar waves
Smile & stitch in from the sides.
All of our good sides & gracious known
…Come together…
A shore scattered with bookmarks is seen.
